Take the empty perfume bottle and place it on the holders which are fixed to the rotary star wheel. The rotary star wheel would keep on rotating and the holders would push the bottle up towards the filling head, the head would lock the bottle and due to vacuum the filling would start, when the liquid is filled up to the level, the excess liquid would be automatically sucked into the over-flow jar provided, when the bottle comes down again, out from the filling head, remove the bottle and place the empty bottles again and the process goes on.
Perfume Transfer Pump Operation:
When the machine is started, there is a level Switch Provided in the perfume filling tank, which gives an indication to the perfume transfer pump which sucks the perfume from the storage vessel and transfer it into the perfume filling tank, when the filling tank is filled to the level, again the switch gives and indication and stops the transferring process and vice versa.
